4. Summit White

Summit White is the road half of the Mile High Collection: navy numbers with an orange outline, a BRONCOS wordmark across the chest, an orange collar, and orange sleeves cut with a navy mountain-peak graphic. The proportions are good and the orange keeps it from going sterile. The pairing is where it slips. Its usual partner is the navy helmet, which gives the uniform its only dark anchor, but Denver opened the season in the monochrome version, white helmet, white jersey, white pants, at Kansas City. With the navy shell gone, the whole uniform sits at one value and the orange trim does all the work. Against the Chiefs' red helmet, red jersey and white pants, the matchup graded a B- on our NFL uniform tracker, and Kansas City won 31-10. Denver's identity is orange and navy, and the all-white look hides both.

The helmet is still undecided. Denver has worn this jersey with the Summit White helmet (2024, against the Browns) and with the navy helmet (2025, against the Bengals), and the team says it will announce the helmet, pants and socks before each game. We prefer the white shell, which gives the set contrast and lets the orange do something.

The Orange Crush throwback is the best uniform Denver owns and one of the best in the league. Every piece reads from the upper deck, and nothing is decoration for its own sake: no chest wordmark, no sleeve graphic, just stripes and numbers in colors that agree with each other. It is a throwback that does not feel like a costume, because Denver fans never stopped seeing the team this way.

Our only complaint is the allocation. Denver used its full four alternate dates and split them evenly between this set and Midnight Navy, which treats a modern alternate and a genuine classic as equals.
