The Patriots have four jerseys on the field in 2026, and every one of them has a date. Navy is at home, white is on the road, the red Pat Patriot throwback gets two home games, and the Storm Blue Nor'easter Rivalries jersey gets Buffalo in December. New England is one of the few teams whose best jersey is not its primary. We put the Patriots twentieth in our best NFL uniforms of 2026 at a B, and the throwback alone would grade well above that.
Here are all four New England Patriots jerseys for 2026, ranked worst to first and graded, with the helmet and pants each one wears. For the week-by-week jersey schedule 2026, the Patriots 2026 uniform schedule has every game.
4. Nor'easter Rivalries
Nor'easter is New England's entry in the NFL x Nike Rivalries program from the 2025 AFC East class. It is a weathered Storm Blue jersey with white numbers, textured shoulders, an NE mark on the sleeve and six stars on the neckline for the six New England states, worn with white pants and a white helmet with a single navy stripe and a star. It has one date in 2026: at home against the Buffalo Bills on Sunday, December 6, at 4:25 p.m. ET on CBS.
The regional idea is honest, and the helmet is the best Patriots shell since the Pat Patriot one. The jersey is where it stalls. New England already wears a blue jersey with white numbers at home, and from the stands Nor'easter looks like that uniform with the contrast turned down. The texture and the stars are details you have to be told about.
It grades a C, the same mark it holds in our Rivalries uniforms ranking, where it places twelfth of sixteen. It is a good helmet on a jersey the closet already had.
3. Navy Home
The navy home jersey has white numbers and the large shoulder stripe from the 2020 update, worn under the silver helmet with the Flying Elvis logo. It projects to the five home games not claimed by an alternate: the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 2, the New York Jets in Week 6, the Green Bay Packers in Week 9, the Denver Broncos in Week 17 and the Miami Dolphins in Week 18. None is confirmed by the team yet, so treat them as our projection.
The logo and the silver helmet are excellent, and the navy is a cleaner base than the busier sets that came before it. The stripe is the issue. It is enormous, and years after the update it still reads like an alternate that got promoted. The navy is also dark enough that the jersey is hard to tell apart from a generic navy at distance.
It grades a B. It is a solid, tidy home uniform that does not look as much like the Patriots as the two jerseys ahead of it.
2. White Road
The white road jersey has navy numbers and the same shoulder stripe, worn under the silver helmet. It has the most dates in the closet, all nine road games: at Seattle, Jacksonville, Buffalo, Chicago, Miami, Detroit in Munich (the Lions are the home team), the Chargers, Kansas City and the Jets. The opener at Seattle on Wednesday, September 9 was the confirmed "White on Blue" look, the white jersey with navy pants, and the Seahawks won 13-10 in full navy.
White on Blue is the version to watch for. Navy pants give the jersey a dark base to stand on, and with the silver helmet up top the uniform splits into three clear values, which is exactly why the opener read so cleanly next to Seattle's monochrome. The big stripe that feels heavy on navy looks sharper on white, where it has contrast to work with.
It grades a B+. It is the best everyday look New England has, and it gets the most prime-time road dates: Thursday night in Chicago, Sunday night against the Chargers and Monday night in Kansas City.
1. Pat Patriot Red Throwback
The red throwback has white numbers and blue and white sleeve stripes, worn with white pants and the white helmet carrying Pat Patriot, the tricorne-hatted lineman who was the team logo before 1993. The team confirmed two home dates on August 31: the Las Vegas Raiders on Sunday, October 11, when New England honors the 25th anniversary of the 2001 Super Bowl team, and the Minnesota Vikings on Thursday night, December 10.
Pat Patriot is the best logo the franchise has ever had, and this is the best uniform in the closet by a wide margin. The red is bright and warm where the current set is dark, the white helmet makes the logo the first thing you see, and the whole uniform looks like a specific era of Patriots football instead of a generic modern template. Red against the Raiders' silver and black, with the 2001 team in the building, is as good as a throwback day gets.
It grades an A, the top mark in the closet. Two dates is the right number, and we would take this helmet full time tomorrow.

The Bottom Line on the Patriots Jersey Rankings
The Patriots jerseys rank by how far each one gets from the current navy. Pat Patriot is the best look in the closet and grades an A. White is a B+ that looks its best over navy pants, navy is a B held back by its stripe, and Nor'easter is a C that repeats the home jersey in a darker blue.
New England has the right number of alternates and gave them the right dates. The problem is the base: when the throwback is this much better, the primary starts to look like the placeholder.
Frequently Asked Questions
What jerseys do the Patriots have in 2026?
Four: navy at home, white on the road, the red Pat Patriot throwback, and the Storm Blue Nor'easter Rivalries jersey. "White on Blue" is the white jersey with navy pants, not a separate jersey.
What is the best Patriots jersey?
We rank the Pat Patriot red throwback first and grade it an A. The red is brighter than anything in the current set, and the white helmet puts the best logo in franchise history front and center.
What jersey are the Patriots wearing this week?
Week 2 is at home against the Pittsburgh Steelers on Sunday, September 20 at 1:00 p.m. ET. New England is projected in the navy jersey under the silver helmet, and navy pants are our read. Pittsburgh is projected in white. Neither team has confirmed, so check the NFL uniform tracker after kickoff.
Do the Patriots have a new jersey in 2026?
No. All four jerseys are returning. Nor'easter debuted in 2025 with the rest of the AFC East Rivalries class, and the Pat Patriot throwback has been back in the rotation since before that.
When do the Patriots wear the Pat Patriot throwback in 2026?
Twice, both at home: Sunday, October 11 against the Las Vegas Raiders, the 2001 Super Bowl team's 25th anniversary game, and Thursday, December 10 against the Minnesota Vikings.
When do the Patriots wear the Nor'easter uniform in 2026?
Once, at home against the Buffalo Bills on Sunday, December 6 at 4:25 p.m. ET on CBS. Rivalries uniforms are worn at home against a division rival.
