Baltimore Ravens Jerseys 2026: Every Jersey Ranked, From Purple Rising to White

Few teams changed more about how they look in 2026 than Baltimore. The Next Flight collection, revealed in April, refreshed the purple and white primaries, rebuilt the Purple Rising alternate, and added the all-black Darkness set with a new matte helmet. Then the Ravens gave every alternate its own named night, and the Ravens jersey schedule 2026 now has four jerseys and five different looks on it, including the all-white White Noise game this Sunday, which puts the white jersey under a white helmet.

Here is every Baltimore Ravens jersey and uniform for 2026, ranked worst to first and graded, with the helmet and pants each one pairs with and the weeks it is on the field.

4. White

ColorWay Sports Grade
B+

The white road jersey got the biggest functional change of the two primaries: BALTIMORE across the chest for the first time in franchise history, purple numbers that are cleaner than the old set, and the new sleeve shield with its iridescent midnight-purple keyline. The wordmark is a real identity upgrade. It puts the city on the road jersey, which is exactly where it belongs.

The collar is the problem. The new Raven Wings pattern, meant to show a raven's wings spread in a threat display, blends into the purple jersey but stands out hard against white, and it makes the neckline the busiest part of an otherwise clean shirt. We graded it a B+ when the collection was revealed and said a simpler collar would have made it an A-. That still holds.

The best version of it is already on film. In Week 1 at Indianapolis, Baltimore wore the black helmet, white jersey and black pants, two black bands around a white jersey with purple numbers. Against the Colts' royal and white, nothing overlapped. The matchup graded a B+ on our NFL uniform tracker, and the Ravens won 41-23.

It is also the jersey inside White Noise, the all-white home look: a white helmet with the purple raven wing and a gold facemask, the white BALTIMORE jersey, white pants, and white to the floor, under the tagline "every decibel counts." Worn by choice at M&T Bank Stadium, it forces the visitor into color. The white helmet is the best part of that night. A clean white shell with a gold cage puts a metallic accent right where the camera sees it most, and it gives the purple numbers and wordmark a frame instead of a black helmet pulling the eye away. That is the helmet doing the work, not the jersey, and the Raven Wings collar still sits right under the chin, so the jersey keeps its B+.

When it is worn in 2026: once at home, as White Noise in Week 2 against the Saints on Sunday, September 20, at 1:00 ET, the home opener, which the team announced on August 24. New Orleans answers in its black jersey under the gold helmet. On the road, it was worn in Week 1 at the Colts and is projected for Week 5 at the Falcons (Sunday Night Football), Week 6 at the Browns, Week 8 at the Bills, Week 11 at the Panthers, Week 12 at the Texans and Week 15 at the Steelers. Week 3 against Dallas in Rio on September 27 is still open. Baltimore is the visitor there, and because the Cowboys wear white at home, it is the one road game where the Ravens could choose purple. White is the default until the team says otherwise.

3. Purple Home Uniform

ColorWay Sports Grade
B+

The purple home jersey is a small update rather than a redesign, and Baltimore was right to keep it that way. Purple body, white numbers trimmed in black and gold, RAVENS on the chest, the new sleeve shield, and "Play Like a Raven" stitched inside the collar. The numbers are the clear upgrade on the old set. It pairs with the black primary helmet, the same shell the team has built its look around for three decades, and white pants.

It shares the white jersey's B+ and the same flaw, the Raven Wings collar, which adds activity to a shirt that did not need any. It ranks above the white only because that pattern is far quieter on purple. We also said in our best NFL uniforms ranking that Baltimore owns the best color in the sport and changed mostly the collar, which is why the team as a whole landed at a B there. This is still a great purple jersey. It is just not the bold one.

When it is worn in 2026: six games, all projections. Five are at M&T Bank Stadium, in Weeks 4 (Titans), 7 (Bengals), 14 (Buccaneers), 16 (Browns) and 18 (Steelers). The sixth is on the road in Week 17 at Cincinnati on Thursday night, New Year's Eve, because the Bengals have confirmed their White Bengal alternate and the visitor wears color. The team has not said which helmet goes with the standard purple set, and the black primary shell is our read.

2. Darkness Falls (Black Alternate)

ColorWay Sports Grade
A-

The Darkness set is the biggest swing of the collection: black jersey with white numbers trimmed in purple, black pants, and the new matte black Darkness helmet. The helmet carries talon stripes and a two-tone, front-facing raven with glowing red eyes, a reference to the red eyes above the player tunnel at M&T Bank Stadium. The sleeve shield comes in black and midnight purple.

The detail that earns the grade is inside the collar: "Darkness there and nothing more," a line from Edgar Allan Poe's "The Raven," the poem the franchise is named after. Head-to-toe black usually reads as a merchandise play, and this one ties straight back to where the team's name comes from. It kept the A- we gave it at the April reveal.

It sits second because black is a color every team can reach for, and the red-eyed helmet, great as it is, carries more of the uniform than the jersey does. Purple Rising does something only Baltimore can do.

When it is worn in 2026: once, in Week 10 on Monday, November 16, at 8:15 ET on Monday Night Football, at home against the Chargers. Los Angeles has confirmed white jerseys with powder blue pants for that game, so it is black to the floor against white and powder blue under the lights, the best-designed television game on Baltimore's schedule.

1. Purple Rising

ColorWay Sports Grade
A-

Purple Rising is the best piece of the Next Flight rebrand. It is monochrome purple with metallic gold numbers and a gold RAVENS wordmark, a sleeve shield in midnight purple and gold, and "Purple Rising" stitched inside the collar. The purple pants carry the Talon Stripes, cut on a diagonal that references the Calvert crest on the Baltimore and Maryland flags.

The helmet makes it. The Purple Rising shell is metallic purple with gold talon stripes and a gold facemask, and for 2026 it swaps in the primary Ravens logo. It is one of the best alternate helmets in the league. One-color uniforms usually look flat, and this one does not, because the gold numbers, stripes and facemask break the purple into pieces the eye can follow. The 2024 first version was a good start, and the 2026 update refined every detail. It kept the A- we gave it in April.

What keeps it from an A is the ceiling of monochrome: no matter how good the trim is, a single color from helmet to socks gives up some of the contrast that a two-tone uniform gets for free. It is still the best single-color uniform in the NFL, and the one look in this closet no other team could copy.

When it is worn in 2026: once, in Week 9 on Thursday, November 5, at 8:15 ET on Thursday Night Football, at home against the Jaguars. It doubles as the team's Salute to Service game.

The Bottom Line on the Ravens Jersey Rankings

Baltimore's alternates are better than its primaries, and that is the story of Next Flight. Purple Rising and Darkness Falls both grade an A-, each with its own helmet and its own national television stage. The purple and white jerseys are both B+ jerseys with cleaner numbers than before, held back by a Raven Wings collar that adds noise where none was needed. The white helmet makes White Noise the best-looking night the white jersey gets, but it is the same jersey underneath.

The ranking also shows how well the Ravens scheduled it. Purple Rising, Darkness Falls and White Noise are spread across three different weeks, and none of them is wasted on a road game. If the team ever simplifies that collar, the everyday uniforms will catch up.
