Sabres Uniform Schedule 2026-27: Every Sweater and When They Wear It

The Buffalo Sabres open 2026-27 on the road against the Columbus Blue Jackets on Thursday, October 1, then play the home opener at KeyBank Center on Saturday, October 3. This is the full Sabres uniform schedule: every sweater in the closet, what each one is for, and a game-by-game record of when it goes on the ice.

The Sabres Uniform Closet for 2026-27

Home

Royal blue from the 2020 return to royal: the charging-buffalo crest, three gold stripes with white piping on each sleeve and the hem, blue shoulders. Unchanged for 2026-27.

Away

White with royal blue shoulders piped in gold, a wide gold stripe between two thinner blue stripes on the sleeves and hem, and the charging-buffalo crest. Unchanged for 2026-27.

Black and Red Goathead

Black base, the redrawn white 1996 to 2006 buffalo-head crest, red, white and silver striping and the sword-B on the shoulders. It has gone four straight seasons, 15 home dates in 2025-26 with seven Throwback Thursdays, but Buffalo has not yet said whether it returns or on which nights. Last year's list dropped on September 2, so expect word soon.

Hometown Remix (Coming)
