NFL Uniform Schedule 2026: What Every Team Is Wearing This Week, Plus Every Alternate Jersey Date

Every NFL team now carries a closet instead of a uniform. A home jersey, a road white, a color rush or throwback, and in 2026 a brand-new Rivalries jersey that most clubs wear exactly once. The hard part is finding out when each one actually comes out, because the league does not publish a single calendar and most teams announce their alternate dates one press release at a time.

So we built the whole thing. Below is the 2026 uniform and jersey schedule for all 32 teams, division by division, with a link to the full week-by-week breakdown for every club. For this week's games, including the Giants' Legacy Blue throwback, see our NFL Week 4 uniforms guide, and for next week, including the Patriots' Pat Patriot throwback and the Packers' Rivalries debut, our NFL Week 5 uniforms guide.

Here is what surprised us most: 25 of the 32 teams have now confirmed specific dates for their alternates, and three never published an alternate schedule at all. The Steelers are bringing back the 1933 throwback and the gold helmet without ever putting out a calendar for it, and it lands Week 12 against Denver. The Raiders published their home game themes and did not mention a uniform once, and their one departure is a classic white throwback at New England in Week 5.

The Three Kinds of NFL Uniform Team in 2026

Before the division tables, it helps to know which bucket a team sits in. That tells you how much the schedule can actually promise you.

• Confirmed. The club has published specific dates for its alternates, so you can plan around them. Twenty-five teams are here, including Denver, which released all 17 games at once.
• Partial. The alternate exists and is coming, but only some dates are set, or the reveal itself is still pending. Four teams: Baltimore, Tennessee, Kansas City and Green Bay.
• Unannounced. The team owns the jersey, sometimes a brand-new one, and never published a schedule for it, so the dates only surface as the games approach. Three teams, Cleveland, Pittsburgh and Las Vegas, and it is the most frustrating group to follow.

The Rivalries Program Is Why 2026 Is Different

The 2026 season is the first year of the NFL x Nike Rivalries program, which gave most clubs a new divisional-matchup jersey. That is the single biggest reason the alternate calendar matters more this year than last. Rivalries jerseys are usually worn once, against a specific division opponent, and several land on marquee dates. The Bears wear theirs only on Christmas Day against the Packers. The Rams wear Midnight Mode on Christmas Day too. Miss the week and you miss the jersey for the season.

Frequently Asked Questions

What uniform is my NFL team wearing this week? Every team has a full week-by-week jersey schedule linked in the tables above. Twenty-five clubs have confirmed their alternate dates outright, so those weeks are locked. For the rest, home and road assignments follow the standard NFL convention: the home team chooses, and the visitor wears white.

How many uniforms does an NFL team have in 2026? Most carry four or five: a home jersey, a white road jersey, one or two alternates or throwbacks, and for most clubs a new Rivalries jersey. A few, like the Chiefs, run a much simpler set with no new alternate at all.

What is the NFL Rivalries uniform program? It is a Nike program launched for the 2026 season that gave most NFL teams a new jersey designed around a divisional rivalry. Teams generally wear it once, against a division opponent, and several clubs have put theirs on Christmas Day or Thanksgiving.

Which NFL team has confirmed the most uniform dates? Denver. The Broncos published the jersey for all 17 games: nine in Summit White, four in Sunset Orange and two in Midnight Navy. Buffalo, Minnesota and Washington have also confirmed their full home slate.

Which NFL teams have not announced their alternate dates? Three: the Browns, Steelers and Raiders. Four more are partway there, with only some dates set or a reveal still pending: the Ravens, Titans, Chiefs and Packers. Several of the holdouts own fan-favorite jerseys, including Cleveland's brown alternate, which comes out in Weeks 4, 10 and 14, and Pittsburgh's returning 1933 throwback with the gold helmet, which lands Week 12 against Denver.

Do NFL teams have to wear white on the road? The home team picks its jersey first and the visiting team wears the contrasting one, which in practice means white on the road nearly every week. A handful of clubs, including Dallas, choose white at home for most of the season, which flips the visitor into color.

The Bottom Line on the 2026 NFL Uniform Schedule

The 2026 season is the most jersey-heavy year the NFL has had, and the Rivalries program is the reason. Twenty-five teams have told you exactly when their alternates come out, which is more transparency than the league has ever offered. The other seven are still holding some or all of their dates back, and a few of them are sitting on the best-looking uniforms in the sport. We update every team page as soon as a date is confirmed, so this guide stays current all season.
