The Giants published their full 2026 uniform schedule on September 2, and the throwbacks got four games instead of one. New York wears the Legacy Blue uniform twice, on October 4 against Arizona for the fortieth anniversary of the Super Bowl XXI team and again on December 6 against San Francisco, and brings back the Vintage White Color Rush set for back-to-back games in Weeks 9 and 10. The rest is royal blue and white, with blue travelling to Washington and Dallas. Here is the complete New York Giants 2026 uniform schedule, week by week, every game now confirmed by the team.

The Full 2026 Giants Uniform Schedule, Week by Week
Seventeen games, four uniforms: royal blue eight times, white five times, Legacy Blue twice, Vintage White twice, and a Week 8 bye. Every cell below is confirmed by the team's September 2 announcement, presented by Panini.
Two things jump out. The Week 17 trip to Dallas that we had flagged as the open date is settled, and the Giants chose blue. And Week 5 at Washington is also a blue road game, because the Commanders wear white at home that day, per our Commanders 2026 uniform schedule. Every road white below is a genuine road white; the two blue road cells are the visitors taking the colour option when the home team offered it.
The Legacy Blue Throwback (Weeks 4 and 13, Confirmed)

The Legacy set gets two Legacy Games at MetLife Stadium, both presented by Quest: Sunday, October 4 against the Arizona Cardinals at 1:00 p.m. Eastern on CBS, and Sunday, December 6 against the San Francisco 49ers at 1:00 p.m. Eastern on FOX. For both, the stadium gets the full treatment: the classic helmet design at midfield and vintage end zones with the block-letter GIANTS wordmark.
The October 4 game is the one with the ceremony. It is forty years since the Super Bowl XXI win over Denver, and the 1986 team is honoured at halftime. The uniform is the one that team actually wore, which the club used from 1980 through 1999: a navy helmet with a white facemask, a solid scarlet centre stripe and the raised, underlined GIANTS wordmark on the sides, a royal blue jersey with red and white trim at the collar, sleeves and numbers, and white pants with red and blue stripes. The inside of the collar carries Wellington Mara's line, "Once a Giant, Always a Giant."
It is the best thing in the Giants' closet and it is not particularly close. The current primary set is fine, but the Legacy look has the two things the modern one gave up: a wordmark helmet instead of a logo helmet, and stripes that actually resolve at distance. Wordmark helmets have almost vanished from the league, which is exactly why this one still reads as distinct rather than nostalgic.
The second date is the welcome addition. Last year the Legacy set was worn for the 49ers game as well, so December 6 is the club keeping a good habit rather than starting a new one, and a home game against San Francisco is an appropriate stage for it. Two wearings is still fewer than this uniform deserves. If we had the pen, the Legacy set would be the primary.

Vintage White (Weeks 9 and 10, Confirmed)
Credit: New York Giants
The Vintage White set returns for two straight games: Week 9 at Philadelphia on Sunday, November 8 at 1:00 p.m. Eastern on FOX, and Week 10 against Washington on Thursday, November 12 at 8:15 p.m. Eastern on Prime Video. It is the road twin of the Legacy uniform. The Giants first built it in 2016 for the league's Color Rush program, and it reproduces the road look the club wore for two decades: a white jersey with blue numbers outlined in red, white pants, and the same navy wordmark helmet the Legacy set uses.
The Week 9 game is the reason to circle the date. The Eagles confirmed the same morning that they wear Kelly Green for it, which makes November 8 at Lincoln Financial Field a full 1980s rivalry game: Vintage White against Kelly Green, both clubs in the uniforms their best teams of that era wore. NFL Fashion Advice put the two announcement graphics side by side, and the reaction was the right one.
That is the best-dressed game on the Giants' 2026 calendar and one of the best in the league. Our Eagles 2026 uniform schedule has Philadelphia's side of it.
Four days later the same set gets a national Thursday night against Washington, whose own schedule has the Commanders in burgundy for that trip. Vintage White under the MetLife lights against burgundy and gold is a strong colour pairing, and it is the kind of prime-time slot the league likes to give Color Rush looks. We would happily take four Vintage White games instead of two, but two, back to back, in a rivalry week and on a national Thursday, is the right way to use it.

Royal Blue (8 Games, Including Two on the Road)
Credit: New York Giants
The blue jersey with white pants covers six home dates and two road games. At home it is Dallas in the Sunday-night opener on September 13, the Titans in Week 3, New Orleans in Week 6, Jacksonville in Week 11, Cleveland in Week 15, and Philadelphia in the Week 18 finale. The Saints' own schedule, published September 7, has New Orleans in white with the white helmet for that game, so the two documents agree.
The two road games are the interesting part. Week 5 at Washington on October 11 is blue because the Commanders have made white their most-used jersey this year and wear it at home against the Giants. Week 17 at Dallas on January 3 is blue because Dallas wears white at home by tradition, which is the one road trip in the league where a visitor can always choose colour. We had that game flagged as the open date back in August, and blue on white at AT&T Stadium is one of the better looks the division produces. It is good to see New York take it.

White (5 Games, All on the Road)
Credit: New York Giants
The standard white jersey and white pants take the five remaining road games: the Monday-night trip to the Rams in Week 2, Houston in Week 7, Indianapolis in Week 12, Seattle in Week 14, and the Monday-night game at Detroit in Week 16. The Week 7 trip is worth noting because the Texans have confirmed Battle Red for that game, per our Texans 2026 uniform schedule, which puts the Giants in white against one of the loudest home uniforms in the league.
Five wearings makes this the least-used uniform in the closet, which is about right. It is a clean set, but it is also the one Giants look with the least history behind it, and the schedule gives the more interesting whites the better games.
Is the Century Red Uniform Coming Back?
No. This question comes up constantly and the answer is that Century Red belonged to the 2024 season, the Giants' 100th, and articles about it still surface in search results as though they were current. They are not. There is no 2026 Century Red game, and it does not appear anywhere on the schedule the team published.
How the Giants Rotation Works in 2026
- Four uniforms, seventeen games. Blue eight, white five, Legacy Blue two, Vintage White two.
- Two Legacy Games, Week 4 against Arizona with the 1986 team's halftime ceremony, and Week 13 against San Francisco.
- Vintage White back to back, Week 9 at the Eagles (who wear Kelly Green) and Week 10 against Washington on Thursday night.
- Blue travels twice, to Washington in Week 5 and Dallas in Week 17, because both hosts wear white at home.
- No Century Red. That was 2024.
- Pants and helmet combinations are as published: white pants with everything, the NY helmet with the standard sets and the wordmark helmet with the throwbacks.
The Bottom Line
The Giants have one of the most stable wardrobes in the league and two genuinely great throwbacks, and this year they are using them four times, in the right games. A fortieth-anniversary ceremony for the 1986 team in the uniform that team wore, a second Legacy date in December, and a Vintage White pair that starts with a Kelly Green rivalry game in Philadelphia.
Our only complaint is the count. The Legacy and Vintage White sets are better than the primaries they stand in for, and four games a year is the minimum a club should ask of them. Everything else on the schedule is royal blue and white, and it does not need to be anything else.
Frequently Asked Questions
What jersey are the Giants wearing today?
Check the week in the grid above. Blue for home games and the trips to Washington and Dallas, white for the other road games, Legacy Blue in Weeks 4 and 13, and Vintage White in Weeks 9 and 10.
What jerseys are the Giants wearing this week?
Same rule. Find the week in the schedule above. The four throwback games are Week 4 and Week 13 (Legacy Blue) and Week 9 and Week 10 (Vintage White); every other week is blue or white.
What uniform did the Giants wear last week?
For the uniform we logged in their most recent game, see the NFL uniform tracker, which we update through the week. The grid above is the season plan; the tracker is the record of what actually went on the field.
What are the Giants wearing next week?
Look up the week in the schedule above. The team has published every game, so there are no open dates left on the calendar.
When do the Giants wear their throwback uniforms in 2026?
Four times. Legacy Blue on Sunday, October 4 against the Cardinals and Sunday, December 6 against the 49ers, both at MetLife Stadium. Vintage White on Sunday, November 8 at the Eagles and Thursday, November 12 against the Commanders.
What do the Giants Legacy uniforms look like?
A navy helmet with the underlined GIANTS wordmark on the sides, a solid red centre stripe and a white facemask, a royal blue jersey with red and white trim, and white pants with red and blue stripes. It is the uniform the club wore from 1980 to 1999, including Super Bowl XXI.
What is the Giants Vintage White uniform?
The white version of the Legacy look: a white jersey with blue numbers outlined in red, white pants, and the navy GIANTS wordmark helmet. It was introduced in 2016 as the Giants' Color Rush uniform and mirrors the road uniform of the 1980s and 1990s.
Will the Giants wear Century Red in 2026?
No. Century Red was worn for the franchise's 100th season in 2024. Articles about it still circulate but they are two years old, and it is not on the 2026 schedule.
Do the Giants wear blue on the road in 2026?
Twice. Week 5 at Washington on October 11, and Week 17 at Dallas on January 3. Both hosts wear white at home for those games.
How many uniforms do the Giants have in 2026?
Four: the blue home set, the white road set, the Legacy Blue throwback, and the Vintage White throwback.
