NFL Week 5 Uniforms 2026: What Every Team Is Wearing, Including Pat Patriot, the Packers' Rivalries Debut and Crucial Catch

Week 5 of the 2026 NFL season runs from Thursday, October 8 to Monday, October 12, with 15 games and the first byes of the year for the Kansas City Chiefs and Carolina Panthers. It is the best throwback weekend of the season so far. New England brings out the red Pat Patriot throwback against Las Vegas on the day it honors the 2001 Super Bowl team, Green Bay debuts its brand-new Rivalries uniform against Chicago at Lambeau, Tampa Bay wears red at Dallas on Thursday night, Arizona goes to the black alternate against Detroit, and Atlanta stays in red for Sunday Night Football against Baltimore. Jacksonville hosts Philadelphia in London, and it is the second weekend of Crucial Catch.

Below is every Week 5 look we know, starting with the special ones and then all 15 games in order. Confirmed means the team has announced the jersey or the full combination. Expected is our read from that team's uniform schedule, and it gets replaced with what was actually worn in our NFL uniform tracker once the game is played. Helmets and jerseys project reliably; pants are the piece teams change the week of the game, so treat every expected pants call as the least certain part of the line.

The Week 5 Throwbacks and Special Looks

New England Patriots: Pat Patriot for the 2001 Champions

Sunday, 1:00 p.m. ET, CBS. Patriots confirmed, Raiders expected. New England announced on August 31 that the red Pat Patriot throwback, with the tricorne-hatted Pat Patriot logo on a white helmet, comes out for this game. It is the day the club honors the 25th anniversary of the 2001 Super Bowl team, the group that started the dynasty, and Pat Patriot goes on the field paint at midfield. Las Vegas has not announced anything for the trip, and our read is its classic white look under the silver helmet with silver pants, so it is red against white.

Pat Patriot is one of the best throwbacks in the league, and it only comes out twice this season, here and on Thursday night against Minnesota on December 10. Every date is in our Patriots 2026 uniform schedule, and Las Vegas's side is in the Raiders 2026 uniform schedule.

Green Bay Packers: The Rivalries Debut Against the Bears

Sunday, 1:00 p.m. ET, FOX. Packers confirmed, Bears expected. Green Bay's Rivalries set was revealed with the rest of the 2026 class on August 25, and the debut date came with it: this game. It is a darker hunter green jersey with cream and gold trim, numbers modeled on the lettering of paper currency, striping taken from the borders of Packers stock certificates, and an interlocking GB logo. The helmet is cream with the first matte finish in team history and the first matte green facemask, which means the gold helmet with the G sits this one out. Chicago is expected in its road set, navy helmet, white jersey, with the pants a game-week call.

Chicago gets its own turn on Christmas Day, when the Bears debut their Rivalries set against Green Bay at Soldier Field. Full details in the Packers 2026 uniform schedule and the Bears 2026 uniform schedule, and every set in the class is ranked in our NFL Rivalries uniforms ranking.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers at Dallas Cowboys: Red on Thursday Night

Thursday, 8:15 p.m. ET, Prime Video. Cowboys confirmed, Buccaneers expected. Dallas published all 17 games on September 2, and this one is the standard white jersey at AT&T Stadium, with our read the silver star helmet and silver-blue pants. Because Dallas wears white at home, the visitor gets to bring color, and this is the one road game on Tampa Bay's calendar where we have the Bucs in red, under the pewter helmet. Tampa has not announced it, so it stays expected until game week.

It is Dallas's only home game in the Crucial Catch window, so a pink-accented Thursday night is likely, though the Cowboys have not named their Crucial Catch game. See the Cowboys 2026 uniform schedule and the Buccaneers 2026 uniform schedule.

Arizona Cardinals: Black Against Detroit

Sunday, 4:25 p.m. ET, FOX. Cardinals confirmed, Lions expected. Arizona published the jersey for all 17 games on September 1, and Week 5 is the black alternate with the black helmet, one of only two black games all season (the other is Washington in Week 12). It doubles as the Cardinals' Crucial Catch game. Detroit is expected in its road set, silver helmet, white jersey, so it is black against white in the desert. Pants on both sides are a game-week call. More in the Cardinals 2026 uniform schedule and the Lions 2026 uniform schedule.

Baltimore Ravens at Atlanta Falcons: Red on Sunday Night

Sunday, 8:20 p.m. ET, NBC. Falcons confirmed, Ravens expected. Red is Atlanta's primary home jersey again after the April redesign, and the Falcons' own schedule, published September 10, has red for Sunday night, under the black helmet with the silver facemask. Baltimore is expected in its white road set under the black helmet. This is Atlanta's showcase home game of the year, one of the two possible dates for its Crucial Catch game, and the first time most of the country sees the new red set in primetime. See the Falcons 2026 uniform schedule and the Ravens 2026 uniform schedule.

Philadelphia Eagles at Jacksonville Jaguars: Teal in London

Sunday, 9:30 a.m. ET, NFL Network, at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. Expected on both sides. Jacksonville is the designated home team for both of its London games, this one and Houston in Week 6, so they count as two of its eight home dates. Our read is teal at home under the black helmet, the jersey the Jaguars wore for almost every home game last season. That puts Philadelphia in its white road set under the midnight green helmet. Neither club has named a jersey for London, so treat both as expected. More in the Jaguars 2026 uniform schedule and the Eagles 2026 uniform schedule.

Los Angeles Chargers: Powder on Powder Against Denver

Sunday, 4:05 p.m. ET, CBS. Confirmed on both sides. The Chargers published jersey and pants for every game on September 1, and Week 5 is the monochrome powder blue jersey over powder blue pants under the white helmet, one of only two powder-on-powder dates this year. It is also their Crucial Catch game. Denver published all 17 games too, and it is Summit White for this trip, with the helmet and pants announced game week. More in the Chargers 2026 uniform schedule and the Broncos 2026 uniform schedule.

Crucial Catch, Weekend Two

Week 5 is the second of three Crucial Catch weekends. Eight clubs have tagged a Week 5 home game as their Crucial Catch game: Seattle against San Francisco, Pittsburgh against Indianapolis, Washington against the Giants, Miami against Cincinnati, the Jets against Cleveland (also a Stripe Out), Arizona against Detroit, the Chargers against Denver and Tennessee against Houston. Dallas, Atlanta, New Orleans and the Rams have not named their game, and Week 5 is one of the realistic dates for each. The jerseys do not change for Crucial Catch; the hats, gloves and sideline gear do. Every date is in our NFL Crucial Catch 2026 schedule.
