Week 4 of the 2026 NFL season runs from Thursday, October 1 to Monday, October 5, and all 32 teams play, with no byes yet. The headline look is the New York Giants' Legacy Blue throwback against Arizona, worn for the 40th anniversary of the Super Bowl XXI team. Dallas takes its navy jersey to Houston, where the Texans answer in white over navy pants with red socks, the colors of their first-ever win in 2002, for their 25th Season game, Cleveland has confirmed Alpha Dawg, all brown from helmet to socks, for Thursday night against Pittsburgh, Washington wears burgundy in London, and Atlanta stays in red for Monday night in New Orleans. It is also the first weekend of Crucial Catch.
Below is every Week 4 look we know, starting with the special ones and then all 16 games in order. Confirmed means the team has announced the jersey or the full combination. Expected is our read from that team's uniform schedule, and it gets replaced with what was actually worn in our NFL uniform tracker once the game is played.
The Week 4 Throwbacks and Special Looks
New York Giants: Legacy Blue for the 1986 Team
Sunday, 1:00 p.m. ET, CBS. Confirmed on both sides. It is a Legacy Game at MetLife Stadium, and it is forty years since the Super Bowl XXI win over Denver, so the 1986 team is honored at halftime in the uniform that team actually wore. That is the navy helmet with the underlined GIANTS wordmark, the royal blue jersey with red and white trim, and white pants with red and blue stripes. The stadium gets the matching treatment, with the classic helmet design at midfield and vintage end zones. Arizona's own published schedule has the all-white road set under the white helmet, so it is navy and royal against all white.
Legacy Blue is better than the primary it stands in for, and it only comes out twice this season, here and against the 49ers on December 6. Every date is in our Giants 2026 uniform schedule, and Arizona's side is in the Cardinals 2026 uniform schedule.
The Giants showed the full Legacy Week set on Wednesday, helmet, jersey, striped pants and all:
Arizona published the jersey for all 17 games before the season, with Week 4 at the Giants in white:
Dallas Cowboys at Houston Texans: Navy Against Houston's 2002 Colors
Sunday, 1:00 p.m. ET, FOX. Both jerseys confirmed. Dallas published its full uniform schedule on September 2 with navy for this trip, one of only three navy dates all season, under the silver star helmet. The full combination is now confirmed: silver helmet, navy jersey, silver pants and navy socks. Houston confirmed its side on Wednesday, and it is a throwback in everything but the helmet: the navy helmet, white jersey, navy pants and red socks, the exact color blocking the Texans wore on September 8, 2002, when they beat these same Cowboys 19-10 in the first game in franchise history. The end zones go back to 2002 as well, blue paint with white lettering and no logo, as the Houston Chronicle reported. NFL rules on uniform changes keep the full 2002 set off the field, so this is the color scheme rather than the old jerseys, and the red socks are the tell. Houston wore white over white pants in its home opener against Buffalo, which is what makes the navy pants and red socks stand out.
Navy is the jersey Dallas fans argue about most, and the schedule only hands it out when the host is in white. This time the host is dressed for its own birthday, so it is silver and navy against white and navy, with a flash of red at the ankle. The Cowboys 2026 uniform schedule has all three navy dates, and the Texans 2026 uniform schedule has Houston's side.
Cleveland Browns: Alpha Dawg on Thursday Night
Thursday, 8:15 p.m. ET, Prime Video. Both sides confirmed. The Browns announced Alpha Dawg for their only home primetime game of the season: brown helmet with the orange center stripes, brown jersey with orange numbers, brown pants and brown socks. Pittsburgh is confirmed in its road set opposite the brown: black helmet, white jersey, gold pants and black socks. Cleveland won it 27-24.
Our verdict: C-. Pittsburgh's white and gold holds up, but the all-brown side does not. Brown from helmet to socks leaves nothing to break up the silhouette, the orange numbers are the only contrast and they read small on a TV broadcast, and Cleveland gives up the orange helmet, the most distinctive shell in the league, for its one home prime time game against its biggest rival. The full matchup card is in our NFL uniform tracker. More in our Browns 2026 uniform schedule and Steelers 2026 uniform schedule.
Indianapolis Colts at Washington Commanders: Burgundy in London
Sunday, 9:30 a.m. ET, NFL Network, at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. Commanders confirmed, Colts jersey confirmed. Washington is the designated home team in North London and is confirmed in burgundy helmet, burgundy jersey and white pants, not the head to toe burgundy it wore against Seattle. Indianapolis is confirmed in the white jersey, and we expect the white helmet and white pants with it, so it is burgundy over white against white for the breakfast game. Full details in the Commanders 2026 uniform schedule and the Colts 2026 uniform schedule.
Atlanta Falcons at New Orleans Saints: Red on Monday Night
Monday, 8:15 p.m. ET, ESPN. Confirmed on both sides. New Orleans published the standard white at home for this one, under the gold helmet, and with the home team in white the visitor wears its color. So Atlanta stays in red on the road, one of only two road games all season where it does, and the Falcons' own schedule agrees. The full combinations are now set: Atlanta in the black helmet, red jersey, white pants and red socks, New Orleans in the gold helmet, white jersey, gold pants and black socks. Red and black against white and gold under the Superdome lights is the right way to close the week. See the Falcons 2026 uniform schedule and the Saints 2026 uniform schedule.
Los Angeles Chargers: Powder Blue Pants in Seattle
Sunday, 4:25 p.m. ET, CBS. Confirmed on both sides. Los Angeles published the jersey and pants for all 17 games, and Week 4 is white helmet, white jersey, powder blue pants, the strongest road look in the Chargers' closet and one it wears only three times. Seattle is confirmed all navy at home, navy helmet, college navy jersey and navy pants, the same look it opened the season in. More in the Chargers 2026 uniform schedule and the Seahawks 2026 uniform schedule.

Frequently Asked Questions
What uniforms are NFL teams wearing in Week 4 of 2026?
Most teams are in their standard sets, home in color and visitors in white. The special looks are the Giants' Legacy Blue throwback against the Cardinals, the Cowboys in navy at the Texans, who wear white over navy pants with red socks to recreate their first-ever win in 2002, the Browns in Alpha Dawg, all brown, against the Steelers on Thursday night, the Commanders in burgundy against the Colts in London, the Falcons in red at the Saints on Monday night, and the Chargers in white over powder blue at Seattle.
When do the Giants wear the Legacy Blue throwback in 2026?
Twice, both at MetLife Stadium: Week 4 against the Arizona Cardinals on Sunday, October 4, when the 1986 Super Bowl XXI team is honored at halftime, and Week 13 against the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday, December 6. It is the navy wordmark helmet, a royal blue jersey with red and white trim, and white pants with red and blue stripes.
Why are the Cowboys wearing navy at Houston?
Dallas published its full 2026 uniform schedule on September 2 with navy for the Week 4 trip to Houston. Two teams cannot both wear dark, so the Texans wear white at home for their 25th Season game. It is one of only three navy dates for Dallas all season, worn under the silver helmet with silver pants.
What are the Texans wearing against the Cowboys for their 25th season?
The navy helmet, white jersey, navy pants and red socks, the color scheme Houston wore on September 8, 2002, when it beat Dallas 19-10 in the first game in franchise history. League rules on uniform changes rule out the full 2002 set, so it is a throwback color combination rather than the old jerseys, with 2002-style blue end zones to match.
What are the Colts and Commanders wearing in London?
Washington is the designated home team at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium and is confirmed in burgundy helmet, burgundy jersey and white pants. Indianapolis is confirmed in its white jersey, with the white helmet and white pants expected. Kickoff is 9:30 a.m. Eastern on Sunday, October 4, on NFL Network.
What are the Browns wearing against the Steelers on Thursday Night Football?
Alpha Dawg, the all-brown look. The Browns confirmed brown helmet with orange center stripes, brown jersey with orange numbers, brown pants and brown socks for Thursday, October 1 at Huntington Bank Field. Pittsburgh is confirmed in black helmet, white jersey, gold pants and black socks. We graded the matchup a C-, mostly because of the all-brown Browns look.
Why are the Falcons wearing red at New Orleans?
The Saints chose their standard white jersey for the Monday night home game on October 5, and when the home team wears white, the visitor wears color. Atlanta wears red on the road only twice in 2026, in Week 4 at New Orleans and in Week 8 at Tampa Bay.
Which NFL teams have Crucial Catch games in Week 4?
Seven clubs have named a Week 4 home game: the Bills, Bears, Buccaneers, Vikings, 49ers, Ravens and Bengals. The Eagles, Browns, Saints and Panthers have not named theirs, and Week 4 is one of the possible dates for each. Crucial Catch does not change the jerseys, only the hats, gloves and sideline gear.
Are there any NFL byes in Week 4?
No. All 32 teams play in Week 4, starting with Steelers at Browns on Thursday, October 1 and ending with Falcons at Saints on Monday, October 5. Byes begin in Week 5.
