Week 3 of the 2026 NFL season is the loudest uniform week so far. Two brand-new sets make their first appearance, the Buffalo Bills' gray Nickel City uniform against the Chargers and the Indianapolis Colts' Anvil Strike Rivalries uniform against the Texans. Denver brings out Midnight Navy on Sunday Night Football, Jacksonville wears the teal Prowler throwback, and Baltimore wears purple against Dallas at the Maracanã in Rio de Janeiro.
Below is every Week 3 look we know, starting with the special ones and then all 16 games in order. Confirmed means the team has announced the combination. Projected is our read from that team's uniform schedule, and it gets replaced with what was actually worn in our NFL uniform tracker once the game is played.
The Week 3 Debuts and Special Looks
Buffalo Bills: Nickel City Debuts Against the Chargers
Sunday, 1:00 p.m. ET, FOX. Confirmed on both sides. Buffalo's new gray set gets its first game, and it arrives with its own helmet: The Charge, a royal blue shell with a metallic flake finish and a single red stripe. Gray jersey, gray pants, blue helmet. It is also the Bills' Huddle for Hunger and Hispanic Heritage game. The Chargers answer in all white under the white helmet.
Gray against white is a lot of light on one field, so the blue helmet has to do most of the separating. We said it at the reveal and it still holds: the helmet is the best thing Buffalo has made in years, and the gray underneath it is the weakest part of the set. Nickel City comes back once more, against the Bears on December 19. Full details are in our Bills 2026 uniform schedule.
The Chargers published the jersey and pants for all 17 games on September 1, with Week 3 at Buffalo in the all-white set:
Indianapolis Colts: Anvil Strike Debuts Against the Texans
Sunday, 1:00 p.m. ET, CBS. Confirmed on both sides. The Colts debut Anvil Strike, their new NFL x Nike Rivalries uniform: an anthracite jersey and pants with royal blue numbers, a shoulder stripe with horseshoe-inspired grommets, and a high-gloss metallic royal blue helmet with a silver horseshoe. The Rivalries program puts the uniform at a home game against a division rival, which is why it lands on Houston. The Texans answer in their road whites with the navy helmet and navy pants, so it is anthracite and metallic royal against white bracketed by navy.
The helmet is a beautiful object. Our issue, laid out in the Colts 2026 uniform schedule, is that the uniform under it has very little to do with the Indianapolis Colts. Sunday is the first chance to see whether it reads better on the field than it did in the reveal photos.

Denver Broncos: Midnight Navy on Sunday Night Football
Sunday, 8:20 p.m. ET, NBC. Confirmed on both sides. Denver goes head to toe in the darkest thing it owns: navy helmet, Midnight Navy jersey, Midnight Navy pants. The helmet was the open question, because Denver has paired this set with the Summit White helmet (against the Browns in 2024) and with the navy helmet (against the Bengals in 2025). This time it is the navy shell, so it is the full monochrome, and the club put it plainly on game week: all Midnight Navy for Sunday Night Football. The Rams answer in royal helmet, white jersey, white pants and white socks, so it is all navy against all white on Sunday night.
Midnight Navy is the best thing in Denver's closet and it only gets two games this season, this one and Christmas Day against the Bills. Under the lights at Mile High is exactly where it belongs. More in our Broncos 2026 uniform schedule.
Jacksonville Jaguars: The Prowler Throwback Against New England
Sunday, 1:00 p.m. ET, CBS. Confirmed on both sides. Jacksonville has confirmed the Prowler throwback in its own game-week post: throwback black helmet, throwback teal jersey, throwback white pants. New England answers in white on white under the silver helmet, silver helmet, white jersey, white pants, which leaves the teal as the only color on the field below the neck. The throwback returns once more, on Monday night against Pittsburgh in Week 14. Every date is in our Jaguars 2026 uniform schedule.
Baltimore Ravens at Dallas Cowboys: Purple in Rio
Sunday, 4:25 p.m. ET, CBS, at the Maracanã. Both teams confirmed. Dallas is the designated home team in Brazil and wears its standard home set: silver helmet, white jersey and the silver-blue home pants. That puts Baltimore in purple on the road, which it only does twice all season, and the Ravens' game-day post confirmed the rest: primary black helmet, purple jersey, black pants. Purple against white in the most famous stadium in South America is about as clean a picture as this schedule offers. See the Ravens 2026 uniform schedule for why the Ravens end up in color, and the Cowboys 2026 uniform schedule for every Dallas date.

Most teams are in their standard sets, home in color and visitors in white. The special looks are the Bills' gray Nickel City debut against the Chargers, the Colts' Anvil Strike Rivalries debut against the Texans, the Broncos in Midnight Navy against the Rams on Sunday night, the Jaguars' teal Prowler throwback against the Patriots, and the Ravens in purple against the Cowboys in Rio de Janeiro.
When do the Bills wear the Nickel City uniform?
Twice in 2026, both at home: Week 3 against the Los Angeles Chargers on Sunday, September 27, and Week 15 against the Chicago Bears on Saturday, December 19. It is a gray jersey and gray pants with a royal blue helmet called The Charge.
What helmet are the Broncos wearing with Midnight Navy against the Rams?
The navy helmet, with Midnight Navy pants, so the look is navy from top to bottom. Denver announced it for the Week 3 Sunday night game against the Rams on September 27.
What is the Colts' Anvil Strike uniform?
It is the Colts' NFL x Nike Rivalries uniform, revealed on August 25, 2026: an anthracite jersey and pants with royal blue numbers and a metallic royal blue helmet with a silver horseshoe. It debuts in Week 3 against the Texans.
What are the Ravens and Cowboys wearing in Brazil?
Dallas is the designated home team at the Maracanã and wears its standard white set with the silver helmet and silver-blue pants. Baltimore wears purple, one of only two road games all season where the Ravens are in color, and the team confirmed the primary black helmet and black pants with it.
Why are the Chiefs wearing red at Miami?
The Dolphins wear white at home, so the Chiefs wear red for the trip to Hard Rock Stadium. It is the only road game of the 2026 season where Kansas City is not in white.
