The Philadelphia Flyers open 2026-27 at Xfinity Mobile Arena on Wednesday, September 30 against the Pittsburgh Penguins. This is the full Flyers uniform schedule: every sweater in the closet, what each one is for, and a game-by-game record of when it goes on the ice.

Burnt orange, restored in 2023: wide black-and-white shoulder and arm striping that wraps the sleeve numbers, a black hem stripe, single-colour numbers, the contrasting nameplate and the Flying P. Unchanged for the 60th season.

Away

White with burnt-orange arm and shoulder panels, a black hem stripe, the Flying P and the contrasting nameplate. Unchanged for 2026-27.

Black Alternate (Dormant)

The 2018 black with a thick orange elbow stripe, an orange waist stripe and an orange nameplate was not worn once in 2025-26; Philadelphia cycled only orange and white. No retirement has been announced, but local coverage treats it as finished with the Hometown Remix coming.

60th Season

The Flyers joined the NHL on June 5, 1967, so 2026-27 is season sixty. No anniversary logo, patch or sweater has been announced yet; the opener is September 30 at home against Pittsburgh.

Hometown Remix (Coming)
