BYU is going all navy against Arizona State. The Cougars revealed their Game 8 uniform on Monday, October 26, with a Gameday Threads graphic posted as "this week's uni combo": a navy helmet, navy jersey and navy pants. No. 8 BYU (6-1) hosts Arizona State (4-3) at LaVell Edwards Stadium on Saturday, October 31, at 1:30 p.m. Mountain on FOX. The game has not been played yet, so this is what BYU announced, and we will confirm it from the broadcast on Saturday.

What BYU Is Wearing vs. Arizona State
Everything below is visible in BYU's own graphic, titled "Gameday Threads, Game 08, vs Arizona State," presented by Entrata.
- Helmet: a navy shell with a navy and white center stripe, the white oval Y on the side, a navy facemask and a BYU nose bumper. Up close the shell has a glossy, flaked finish.
- Jersey: navy, with white numbers, white stripes on the shoulders, and the oval Y set in the V of the collar. It carries the Big 12 patch and the Entrata patch, plus the Nike swoosh.
- Pants: navy, with white side stripes running down the leg.
That makes it navy from top to bottom, with white as the only other color. It is a different look from the navy jersey BYU wore against Iowa State on October 9, when it went with a white helmet and white pants. This time the helmet and pants match the jersey.
Jake's Take: The Mono Look That Actually Works
"BYU in all navy looks great. I love the helmet, and I usually don't like mono colors for the whole uniform, but this one works, and we will see it on field."
White is the only other color on the uniform: the helmet stripes, the oval Y, the numbers, the Y on the collar and the stripes down the pants.
BYU Has Gone Navy Head to Toe Before
This is not the first all-navy BYU look. Before its Week 2 game against Southern Utah in 2023, BYU posted "NEW HELMET ALERT" with the combination listed as "Navy | Navy | Navy." BYU won that game 41-16.

What Arizona State Is Expected to Wear
Arizona State is the visitor, so the Sun Devils are expected in white. We will add their look when it is out. Follow the Arizona State 2026 uniform schedule for their side.
