Wyoming Uniform Schedule 2026: Every Jersey and When the Cowboys Wear It

Wyoming has worn three different jerseys in four games, and every one of them has been under the same white helmet with the brown and gold Steamboat on the side. This is the full Wyoming 2026 uniform schedule: the brown home jersey, the white road set, the gold jersey from the Homecoming Gold Out, every game played so far and the expected look for the rest of the season, starting with a trip to Fargo to play North Dakota State on October 3. We update this page as each combination is confirmed.

The Wyoming 2026 Uniform Sets

Wyoming's colors are among the most distinctive in the country. Very few programs wear brown, and the Cowboys pair it with a bright gold that reads as yellow from the stands. Through four games, the helmet has been the constant. Everything below it has changed: all white at Colorado State, brown over gold at home against Northern Colorado, white over brown at Central Michigan and gold over white for Homecoming.

That last one is the look of the season so far. The athletic department billed the Hawaii game as a Gold Out of War Memorial Stadium, and the team matched the crowd in the gold jersey. Wyoming won 27-10 to open Mountain West play and took back the Paniolo Trophy.

Brown, Gold or White Pants?

The pants are where Wyoming's closet gets interesting. The Cowboys have worn white, gold and brown pants in four games and have not repeated a full combination yet. At home, gold pants went under the brown jersey and white pants went under the gold jersey. On the road, the white jersey went over white pants in Fort Collins and brown pants in Mount Pleasant. Wyoming has not published a season uniform grid, so the grid above only names the expected jersey. We will not guess the pants until each one is confirmed.

The Bottom Line

Four games in, Wyoming has kept one helmet and spread everything else around: brown at home, white on the road and gold for the Homecoming Gold Out, which was the best look of the bunch and came with the first Mountain West win of the season. Brown and gold is one of the most recognizable color pairs in college football, and the Cowboys are getting a lot out of it. The questions left are whether the gold jersey comes back for another home date and which pants show up each week. The grid above has every date, and we add a star as each uniform is confirmed.
