Why Coastal Carolina Wears Teal on the Road

Most college teams treat the colored jersey as a home jersey and the white as a road jersey, and the home team usually gets first choice. Coastal flips that whenever it can, because teal is the brand. Almost nobody else in FBS is built around teal, the field at Brooks Stadium is teal, and a teal jersey against a white home team is instantly recognizable on television.
