Auburn Uniform Schedule 2026: Every Jersey and When the Tigers Wear It

Auburn wears navy jerseys at home and white jerseys on the road, always under the same white helmet, and in 2026 that has not changed. This is the full Auburn 2026 uniform schedule: the navy home set, the white road set, the orange jersey that has not been worn since 1980, and a week-by-week outlook for all twelve games in Alex Golesh's first season. Five games in, Auburn has worn navy over white pants in all four home dates and all white at Tennessee. We update this page as each combination is confirmed.

The Auburn 2026 Uniform Sets

Auburn moved from Under Armour to Nike in July 2025 and used the switch to change almost nothing. The jerseys moved to Nike's Vapor F.U.S.E. template with the v-shaped chest seam and a larger chest wordmark, but the block numerals are the same font Auburn has used for more than 60 years. The pants got their full-length stripe back and an AU logo on the right hip. The helmet traded the big side numbers from 2021 for small numbers on the center stripe, a Tuberville-era detail, and the bumper lettering switched to Copperplate. We have not seen a 2026 alternate announced. SEC home teams wear color and visitors wear white, so the grid below is navy at Jordan-Hare Stadium and white everywhere else.

The Full Auburn 2026 Uniform Schedule, Week by Week

September 5 vs. Baylor, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, Atlanta. ★ Confirmed from the broadcast: white helmet, navy jersey, white pants, the home set for the Aflac Kickoff Game. This date was originally an Auburn home game and moved to Atlanta, and Auburn stayed the designated home team, so the Tigers kept navy. Baylor wore a green helmet, white jersey and green pants with a gold stripe. Auburn won 17-16 in Golesh's debut, and the navy and orange against green and gold made it one of the sharpest color matchups of opening weekend.

September 12 vs. Southern Miss. ★ Confirmed from the broadcast: white helmet, navy jersey, white pants again, this time at Jordan-Hare Stadium for the first home game of the Golesh era. Southern Miss came in wearing a black helmet with a gold stripe, a white jersey and black pants. Auburn won 43-8. Kickoff was on Saturday night, and ESPN's feed lists the game under September 13 because it runs on UTC. The correct local date is Saturday, September 12.

September 19 vs. Florida. ★ Confirmed from the broadcast: white helmet with the navy AU, navy jersey, white pants, the home default for the SEC opener and the first time Florida has played at Jordan-Hare since 2011. Florida wore what its published season schedule said it would, an orange helmet, white jersey and orange pants, so it was navy against white and orange under the lights. Florida won 44-39 in a shootout, with Auburn scoring a late touchdown to fall five short. See the Florida 2026 uniform schedule for every Gators combination.

September 26 vs. Vanderbilt. ★ Confirmed from the broadcast: white helmet with the navy AU, navy jersey, white pants, the standard home set even on Homecoming, the traditional home date for an alternate. Vanderbilt wore the gold helmet, white jersey and white pants. Byrum Brown threw a 33-yard touchdown pass and ran for another score, Cade Carlson returned a blocked punt for a touchdown, and Auburn won 21-15 to move to 3-1. See our Vanderbilt 2026 uniform schedule.

October 3 at Tennessee. ★ Confirmed from the broadcast: white helmet, white jersey, white pants, all white at Neyland Stadium. Tennessee wore the new Smokey Grey Neyland Legacy uniform it announced, a gray helmet with the orange stripe, a gray jersey with orange numbers and cream pants, so it was white against gray. Tennessee won 24-14, and Auburn fell to 3-2. See the Tennessee 2026 uniform schedule for the full Smokey Grey breakdown.

October 10. Bye.

October 17 at Georgia, 3:30 p.m. Eastern on ESPN. ★ Confirmed by Auburn's Game Six uniform graphic: all white, white helmet, white jersey, white pants. The Deep South's Oldest Rivalry in Athens, with Georgia expected in the red helmet, red jersey and silver pants. More: Georgia 2026 uniform schedule and our Week 7 uniform guide.

October 24 vs. LSU. Navy expected, the home default, in an 11 a.m. Central kickoff.

October 31 at Ole Miss. White expected. Halloween in Oxford.

November 7 vs. Arkansas. Navy expected.

November 14 at Mississippi State. White expected, at Davis Wade Stadium.

November 21 vs. Samford. Navy expected. The final home game of the regular season.

November 28 at Alabama. White expected. The Iron Bowl in Tuscaloosa, with Alabama in crimson at home and Auburn in the all-white road set, which is how this game has looked in Tuscaloosa for years.

The Bottom Line

Auburn's 2026 uniform schedule is the simplest in the SEC: navy jersey and white pants at Jordan-Hare, white jersey and white pants on the road, and the same white helmet with the orange and navy stripe every Saturday. All five games so far have gone exactly that way. The only real question is whether Golesh's first season brings the orange jersey back after 46 years, and nothing points to it yet. The grid above has every date, and we add stars as each uniform is confirmed.

Frequently Asked Questions

What jersey is Auburn wearing this week?

Auburn is off on October 10. Last time out, the Tigers wore all white at Tennessee on Saturday, October 3: white helmet, white jersey and white pants, confirmed from the broadcast, in a 24-14 loss that dropped them to 3-2. Next up is at Georgia on October 17, where Auburn has confirmed all white again: white helmet, white jersey and white pants. The week-by-week grid above lists every game.

What are Auburn's football uniforms for 2026?

A navy home jersey with white block numerals and orange and white sleeve stripes, a white road jersey with navy numerals and navy and orange sleeve stripes, and white pants with a full-length navy and orange stripe for both. The helmet is white with an orange center stripe bordered in navy and the navy AU logo. Nike makes the uniforms, and 2026 is the second season of that deal.

Does Auburn have a new alternate uniform in 2026?

Not that has been announced. Auburn is one of the few SEC programs without an alternate jersey in rotation. Its last colored alternate, an orange jersey, was worn four times from 1978 to 1980 and dropped when Pat Dye became head coach.

Has Auburn ever worn orange jerseys?

Yes. Auburn wore orange in the early years under Shug Jordan in the 1950s, then brought orange back as an alternate under Doug Barfield. Auburn Uniform Database counts four orange-jersey games in that stretch: Georgia in 1978 (a 22-22 tie), Mississippi State in 1979 (a 14-3 win), Southern Miss in 1980 (a 31-0 win) and Georgia in 1980 (a 31-21 loss). Pat Dye did away with them after 1980.

What did Auburn wear against Baylor?

The navy home set: white helmet, navy jersey, white pants. The game was played in Atlanta at Mercedes-Benz Stadium as the Aflac Kickoff Game, but Auburn was the designated home team, so the Tigers wore navy and Baylor wore white. Auburn won 17-16.

How many games does Auburn play in 2026?

Twelve regular season games: six at Jordan-Hare Stadium, five on the road in the SEC, and the neutral-site opener against Baylor in Atlanta, with a bye on October 10. The Iron Bowl at Alabama closes the regular season on November 28.
