October 31 vs. Navy, Gillette Stadium, Foxborough. ⚠️ This is the one to watch. The 99th meeting in the rivalry and the first ever played at Gillette. The Lambeau Uniform Is the Best Story of the Opener

The thirteenth Shamrock Series uniform is not a Notre Dame tribute. It is a Green Bay one, which is a strange and rather good decision.

The jersey is a deep blue drawn from the 1920s Acme Packers, the company-sponsored name Green Bay carried before it was the Packers. The sleeve striping echoes the Packers set you would recognize today. The numerals take a hard block shape from the Paul Hornung era, and inside each numeral is a custom mesh texture carrying the silhouette of Green Bay's oval G.
