Nebraska wore a white helmet, scarlet jersey and white pants. Maryland led for most of the first half and Chris Durr Jr. caught seven passes for 149 yards and a touchdown, but Dwayne McDougle III returned an interception 81 yards for a touchdown to swing the game, and Nebraska won 48-23.
